My name is Cheryl Dalton. I am a real estate professional with Pennington Lines Real Estate in Erie. I have been a full time realtor for 9 years and have recently moved back to the area that I grew up in. After enjoying great success in the Pittsburgh area, I am really looking forward to being back "home". Although I work with both sellers and buyers, I would have to say I specialize in First Time Home Buyers. There is no greater feeling than sharing someones joy and excitement when they finally own their very first home. It's such a tremendous feeling of accomplishment! (for both of us!) I do love my job and love the relationships I have been able to develop over the years. The people I work with aren't just my clients, they become my friends.
